Job Description

Peter Piper Pizza is a vibrant and family-oriented restaurant brand dedicated to delivering joyful dining experiences centered around fun, quality food, and memorable celebrations. Established as a go-to destination for families and children, this pizza franchise prides itself on fostering an inviting atmosphere where guests can come together to celebrate life’s special moments. With a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction, Peter Piper Pizza focuses on creating environments where every guest feels valued and leaves with a smile. The company operates in fast-paced, high-energy settings where teamwork, efficiency, and service excellence are key to its continuing success. The brand is committed to upholding safety and quality standards both in its food preparation and the overall dining experience.

The role of a Peter Piper Pizza Manager is integral to the smooth and prosperous operation of the restaurant. Managers are tasked with supervising and training a team ranging from 20 to 45 members, ensuring that excellent guest service standards are consistently met and exceeded. This leadership position requires a hands-on approach to managing restaurant activities including food preparation oversight, safety adherence, quality control, and employee management. A Manager is expected to motivate and direct staff to create a warm and welcoming environment where speedy, accurate, and friendly service is the norm. Central to this role is the responsibility for the restaurant’s financial performance, involving profit and loss management, implementing effective marketing strategies, controlling inventory, managing labor costs, and analyzing financial reports.

Working as a Peter Piper Pizza Manager involves engaging directly with customers, handling inquiries and resolving complaints with professionalism and tact. The position demands flexibility as Managers often work late evenings, weekends, and holidays, sometimes clocking up to 55 hours per week across various shifts. Successful candidates will thrive in a fast-moving environment and possess strong interpersonal skills that foster teamwork and employee retention. The company views its Managers as both operational leaders and ambassadors of the brand’s core values, emphasizing customer happiness and the overall guest experience. Compensation and employment type details vary by location, but competitive salaries alongside comprehensive benefits packages are offered to support the Manager in their role.
