This esteemed establishment is dedicated to using its resources to provide meaningful opportunities for its people and to make a positive impact on lives wherever possible. With a firm belief in people and a culture grounded in respect and growth, Boddie-Noell prides itself on fostering a nurturing environment where teamwork and quality service are paramount. Known for maintaining long-term employee retention and creating a family-like atmosphere in each of its restaurants, the company’s approach to management emphasizes hands-on leadership and support. Their managers lead by example, working alongside their team members to promptly address issues, maintain high standards, and cultivate a vibrant workplace culture.
The role of the Restaurant Manager at Hardee’s, under the Boddie-Noell umbrella, is a pivotal leadership position. This full-time opportunity offers competitive pay along with great benefits and a clear path for career advancement. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the restaurant’s smooth operation during the absence of the Senior/General Manager. Your leadership will directly influence the achievement of sales growth by maintaining exceptional standards in food quality, guest service, cleanliness, and profitability. Beyond operational oversight, the role is people-centric, requiring you to recruit, train, and motivate team members while fostering a positive and respectful work environment.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include strategically managing labor costs, conducting regular team meetings to discuss operations and training, maintaining inventory to meet company food cost standards, and ensuring compliance with all safety, sanitation, and HR policies. This role demands a strong communicator who can effectively coach and guide employees, recognize and develop talent, and resolve conflicts with a positive attitude. Working weekends and various shifts is part of the role, ensuring continuous leadership and operational excellence at the restaurant. Moreover, Boddie-Noell’s management philosophy centers on leading alongside crew members to model behaviors that produce excellent guest experiences and a harmonious workplace.
Joining Boddie-Noell as a Restaurant Manager means entering a fun, flexible work environment where your contributions are valued and your growth is supported. Weekly pay, paid training, 401K, vacation and sick leave, medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as life insurance, are just a few of the extensive benefits offered. The company also provides a bonus program, discounted meals during shifts, and a supportive culture through employee assistance programs and corporate chaplains. Veterans and those with military experience are especially encouraged to apply, highlighting Boddie-Noell’s commitment to diversity and inclusive hiring practices. If you are a motivated leader who is passionate about serving others and making a real difference every day, this is your chance to join an exceptional team where career development and workplace satisfaction go hand in hand.
