- Operate restaurant in absence of Senior/General Manager
- Interview and hire qualified staff
- Schedule staff to accommodate guest flow
- Manage labor costs according to company standards
- Train and develop crew members
- Maintain cooperative relationships with management and crew
- Conduct meetings and ensure compliance with safety and security policies
