You will manage labor costs, inventory control, and adhere to all HR, safety, sanitation, and security policies to provide a safe and compliant environment. Daily duties also include cash management, scheduling, conducting team meetings, maintaining reports, and preserving the physical condition of the building and equipment. The environment is fun and flexible, promoting continuous learning and advancement opportunities within the company. Employees enjoy benefits such as 401K, paid training, vacation and sick leave, meal discounts, and bonus programs. Support systems like the Helping Hands employee assistance fund and Corporate Chaplains for personal and professional guidance further demonstrate the company’s commitment to its workforce. Veterans and individuals with military experience are highly encouraged to apply, highlighting the inclusive and supportive nature of the organization.
