Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of management experience
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in facilities or food services operations
- Proven ability to supervise a team effectively
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
- Flexibility to work Monday-Friday with every third weekend as manager on duty
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of management experience
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in facilities or food services operations
- Strong background in safety and sanitation compliance
- Culinary production experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent customer service skills
- Effective supervisory and collaborative work experience
Job Duties
- Supervise and effectively lead a team of frontline associates
- provide shift coverage when needed
- implement innovative and fresh ideas in retail, catering, and patient services
- be responsible for ongoing and annual food and physical safety training for hourly associates
- conduct audits and create action plans based on audit findings
- ensure use of Sodexo systems where appropriate to improve operations
