Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
Minimum 3 years of management experience
Minimum 3 years of work experience in facilities or food services operations
Proven ability to supervise a team effectively
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
Flexibility to work Monday-Friday with every third weekend as manager on duty
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
Minimum 3 years of management experience
Minimum 3 years of work experience in facilities or food services operations
Strong background in safety and sanitation compliance
Culinary production experience
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent customer service skills
Effective supervisory and collaborative work experience

Job Duties

Supervise and effectively lead a team of frontline associates
provide shift coverage when needed
implement innovative and fresh ideas in retail, catering, and patient services
be responsible for ongoing and annual food and physical safety training for hourly associates
conduct audits and create action plans based on audit findings
ensure use of Sodexo systems where appropriate to improve operations
