Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of management experience
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in facilities or food services operations
  • Proven ability to supervise a team effectively
  • Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Flexibility to work Monday-Friday with every third weekend as manager on duty
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of management experience
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in facilities or food services operations
  • Strong background in safety and sanitation compliance
  • Culinary production experience
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Effective supervisory and collaborative work experience

Job Duties

  • Supervise and effectively lead a team of frontline associates
  • provide shift coverage when needed
  • implement innovative and fresh ideas in retail, catering, and patient services
  • be responsible for ongoing and annual food and physical safety training for hourly associates
  • conduct audits and create action plans based on audit findings
  • ensure use of Sodexo systems where appropriate to improve operations
