Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Perform and direct overall restaurant management
Ensure food safety, product preparation, and cleanliness standards are maintained
Recruit and train staff

Manage inventory and money control systems, including establishing inventory schedules
Maintain accurate business records
Provide exceptional customer service to maximize monthly bonuses
