Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of management experience in the restaurant, entertainment or hospitality industry
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Responsible alcohol service and food safety certifications as required
- Kitchen Managers must have current alcohol and food certification that meets state requirements
- Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods up to 12 hours
- Ability to lift 25-50 pounds
- Compliance with company policies and legal regulations
- Position reports to General Manager
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of management experience in the restaurant, entertainment or hospitality industry

- Responsible alcohol service and food safety certifications
- Kitchen Managers must comply with state alcohol and food certification requirements
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively coach and develop staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with safety and sanitation regulations
Job Duties
- Manages restaurant environment including guest service and associate performance
- Directs shift activities and enforces company guidelines and alcohol policies
- Maintains inventory and product quality standards
- Ensures safety, sanitation, and maintenance compliance
- Manages associate recruitment, training, evaluations, and disciplinary actions
- Controls departmental costs and company assets
- Ensures compliance with legal regulations and company policies
- Reports operational progress to General Manager
- Develops and coaches staff for performance and professional growth
- Maintains effective communication within management team
- Implements cash handling and inventory procedures
- Performs routine operational duties and supports the General Manager
