Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- High school diploma or GED required
- Pass the companys background process
- Have a clear driving record and proof of insurance
- Must be able to obtain ServSafe and Seller/Server Alcohol certifications
- Previous restaurant management experience
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Willing to accomplish all restaurant tasks
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 50 pounds

- Previous restaurant management experience
- Ability to operate a point of sale (POS) terminal
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to resolve guest issues with tact
- Ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Professional personal appearance with no visible tattoos
- Ability to interact productively with co-workers and function well in a team environment
Job Duties
- Engage in all aspects of day-to-day restaurant operations
- Build and maintain a strong team with a Guest First mentality
- Grow top sales by delivering exceptional service to neighborhood guests
- Oversee food preparation, safety and quality
- Interact effectively with guests and manage the dining room
- Motivate and direct team members to exceed customer expectations
- Manage restaurant profit and loss through marketing, cash, inventory, labor, and food cost procedures
