Job Requirements

Be 21 years of age
Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of the restaurant's trading area
Have at least three years of experience in front-of-the-house operations or assistant management positions within the food and beverage service industry
Must possess excellent basic math skills
Ability to operate a cash register or POS system
Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 15 hours)
Be physically capable of reaching, bending, stooping, and frequently lifting up to 50 pounds
Must have the stamina to work 50 to 60 hours per week
Proven ability to manage and work effectively with employees
Excellent communication skills to interact clearly, politely, and concisely with staff
Demonstrated expert knowledge of kitchen and cooking/prepping procedures and front-of-house operations
Comprehensive understanding of management goals and store operation philosophies
