Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- One to three months related retail experience or training
- Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, and hear regularly
- No visa sponsorship available
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle and travel including overnight
- Relocation may be required
- Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily

Job Duties
- Greet guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service
- Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise
- Recommend, select, and help locate merchandise based on guest needs
- Anticipate and fulfill guest's needs by suggesting additional items and creating a wardrobing experience
- Demonstrate product knowledge and sales education, sharing with the team
- Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, payment and exchange policies, and security practices
- Achieve personal sales-per-hour, average sales, and total net sales goals
- Develop skills and assist in leading, motivating, and educating new teammates
- Assist store manager with coaching and counseling teammates
- Actively recruit and participate in interviewing with the store manager
- Develop skills and educate teammates to implement visual displays
- Manage product categories such as denim, shoe, promotions, and supplies
- Work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Set goals and complete the Management Trainee program assignments
- Complete store opening and closing procedures accurately
- Implement company policies and procedures
- Complete register balance and bank deposits daily
- Adhere to loss prevention policies and store key controls
- Handle returns, exchanges, and operational duties in the Store Manager's absence
- Provide feedback to store manager regarding sales and teammate performance
- Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable store
- Support Store Manager by planning and leading the team
- Supervise and lead teammates collaboratively
- Act as Store Manager in their absence
- Travel and cover other stores within district based on business needs
- Fulfill mission statement by providing high-level customer service
- Attend team meetings and participate in special projects
- Communicate and escalate policy violations and concerns promptly.
