Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in hospitality or restaurant leadership roles
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • Proficiency in operating reservation systems
  • Leadership skills to manage and motivate a team
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of sanitation and safety protocols
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and respectful workplace
  • Availability to work Sunday shifts

Job Qualifications

  • Must be available for Sunday shifts from 3-10pm
  • Able to close the restaurant when necessary
  • Available for 4-5 shifts per week
  • Ability to lead and manage a team of 10-20 staff members
  • Experience with RESY reservation system is a plus
  • Experience training new employees
  • Ability to make quick, sound business and operational decisions under pressure
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment
  • Knowledge of sanitation requirements, food preparation guidelines, alcohol service policies, and safety standards related to concession operations
  • Proficient in basic math functions related to POS transactions, cash reconciliation, and inventory
  • Commitment to integrity, professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality

Job Duties

  • Oversee the host staff to ensure adherence to job guidelines
  • Assist the General Manager with paperwork and staff oversight
  • Run Sunday shifts independently and close the restaurant
  • Work on the floor with staff to maintain service quality
  • Print menus as needed
  • Cover the General Manager when required
  • Provide operational expertise to ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable event execution
  • Train new and current employees on property procedures and best practices
  • Ensure a safe and harassment-free work environment, addressing safety concerns immediately and reporting to management
