We are currently seeking a dedicated Administrative professional to join our team on a full-time basis. This non-management role offers a competitive pay of $24.92 per hour, with additional service charge eligibility. The Administrative position is a vital part of our operations, ensuring that all guest information and internal data are accurately entered and updated in our computer systems to maintain smooth daily functioning.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing diverse administrative tasks, including data entry, updating records, handling correspondence, and maintaining efficient filing systems both electronically and on paper. You will operate office equipment to support daily activities and assist in responding to guest inquiries, managing reservations, and coordinating communications via email or fax. Precision and attention to detail are critical as you draft, review, and maintain important documents such as letters, memos, spreadsheets, and presentations.

Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior administrative or clerical experience preferred
- proficiency in computer operations and office equipment use
- excellent communication skills both written and oral
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- ability to work flexible hours as needed
- physical ability to move and handle objects up to 10 pounds
- adherence to company policies and professional dress code

Job Duties
- enter and retrieve information from computer databases using keyboard, mouse or trackball to update files, records, and reservations
- transmit information or documentation using a computer, email or fax
- operate standard office equipment aside from computers
- draft letters, memos and other documents using word processors, spreadsheets, databases or presentation software
- handle incoming and outgoing mail, date it and distribute incoming mail
- create and maintain filing and organizational systems in electronic and paper formats for records, reports and documents
- collect, copy, classify and file office activity records, business transactions and other operational documents
- input and locate work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems
- comply with all company policies and procedures including maintaining a professional appearance and confidentiality
- greet and recognize all guests according to company standards, anticipate and meet their service needs, assist persons with disabilities, and show genuine appreciation to guests
- communicate clearly and professionally with others, accurately prepare and review documents, and answer phones using proper protocols
- cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and support team objectives
- move, lift, transport, push, pull and place objects weighing 10 pounds or less without assistance
- perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors
