Job Duties
- Respond to service requests including electrical, plumbing, air conditioning (HVAC), pool, and appliance in a timely manner
- perform preventative maintenance on equipment
- identify hazardous conditions and correct them immediately
- deliver various communications to residents as needed
- provide the best quality customer service to our residents
- must be able to work on-call
