Job Duties

  • Respond to service requests including electrical, plumbing, air conditioning (HVAC), pool, and appliance in a timely manner
  • perform preventative maintenance on equipment
  • identify hazardous conditions and correct them immediately
  • deliver various communications to residents as needed
  • provide the best quality customer service to our residents
  • must be able to work on-call
