The role of Maintenance Technician II at Fairfield’s Apex Apartments, a community of 284 units, is vital to the property’s operation and resident satisfaction. This position focuses on daily maintenance tasks such as electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs, as well as preparing vacant apartments for new residents to ensure a high-quality living environment. The Maintenance Technician II will also perform property inspections, maintain common areas including pool facilities, and ensure compliance with Fairfield’s policies and safety protocols. This role includes participation in an emergency on-call rotation to respond swiftly to urgent maintenance needs, further emphasizing its importance in protecting resident safety and property integrity.

This position offers a non-exempt hourly pay range from $23.25 to $26.00, depending on skills, experience, and job complexity.
