The Martino Group is currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician I to join their team. This role is essential in maintaining the high-quality appearance and operational excellence of the company's Class-A properties. The position operates during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, with an 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. schedule, and includes a rotating on-call duty during nights, weekends, and holidays. As a Maintenance Technician I, the successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks, including routine and preventative maintenance such as interior and exterior painting, replacing light bulbs, checking emergency lighting, and replacing filters. The technician will respond promptly to resident repair requests covering areas such as electrical, plumbing, appliances, sheetrock, and entry gates or doors. Beyond technical maintenance, the technician must exhibit excellent customer service skills and take pride in preparing apartments for new tenants, ensuring all work meets The Martino Group's stringent 'White Glove Standards'.
