Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with no more than three current points
- Minimum of 5 years of commercial or institutional experience
- Ability to move office furniture and items weighing up to 25 pounds
- Ability to move heavier items with assistive equipment
- Ability to navigate very tight spaces
- Ability to operate various types of manual and power tools and automated systems
- Ability to ascend and descend ladders as needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Valid driver’s license with no more than three current points
- Ability to operate manual and power tools and automated systems
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Perform basic and routine maintenance, construction, and repair tasks according to service, quality, and safety standards
- Assist with miscellaneous facility projects including painting, drywall, carpentry, installation of fixtures, and moving furniture or materials within the facilities
- Maintain organization in facilities spaces
- Consistently communicate work progress or problems to the Facilities Manager
- Utilize Personal Protective Equipment and practice safe work habits including lock-out/tag-out
- Perform snow removal and other seasonal tasks as required
