- 5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial settings
- Familiarity with mixers, pumps, gearboxes, and material handling equipment
- Willingness to get a Minnesota boiler license
- Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals
- A safety-first mindset and a can-do attitude

Job Duties
- Keep our mixers, pumps, motors, and other equipment in top shape with regular maintenance
- Troubleshoot and fix mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues during production
- Calibrate and maintain high-tech systems like PLCs and load cells
- Work closely with production teams to minimize downtime and keep things moving
- Stay organized by documenting your work and following safety procedures
- Jump in for emergency repairs or on-call support when needed
