Job Requirements

Property maintenance experience required
Ability to implement and follow OSHA safety programs
Complete service requests within 24 hours
Perform groundskeeping and pressure washing tasks
Participate in after-hours on-call duties
Exercise control over maintenance expenditures
Provide excellent customer service
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to lift at least fifty pounds
Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance
Dependable transportation

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
Previous property maintenance experience
Working knowledge of HVAC systems
Familiarity with electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to lift a minimum of fifty pounds
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
HVAC certification preferred

Job Duties

Maintain the physical condition of apartment community through preventive and corrective maintenance
Perform routine and emergency repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
Complete service requests promptly within 24 hours
Conduct groundskeeping tasks including litter removal and pressure washing to maintain curb appeal
Participate in after-hours on-call duties including weekends and holidays
Manage maintenance expenditures and inventory of parts and supplies
Provide excellent customer service to residents and work collaboratively with team members and vendors
