Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to travel to multiple store locations
- valid driver’s license
- physical capability to perform maintenance duties including lifting and climbing
- ability to work full-time
- good communication skills
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in maintenance or repair roles preferred
- knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general repair techniques
- ability to travel frequently to multiple store locations
- good communication skills
- ability to use web-based management software
- physical ability to perform manual labor tasks
Job Duties
- performing interior lighting, electrical, plumbing and store repairs
- performing exterior maintenance of building including building painting, curb/ramp painting, power-washing, and minor Common Area Maintenance repairs of landscaping, signage, and concrete/asphalt
- identifying interior and exterior maintenance issues that need resolution by exterior vendors and entering those issues into Web Based Facilities Management program for assignment and completion
- communicating recaps of stores visited, wins/opportunities found, as well as issues resolved on store visits
- assisting stores with solutions to increase clean presence
