The Maintenance Technician position at Wallick Communities, based in Oakleaf Village located in Toledo, Ohio, is a full-time role offering an hourly wage of $18. This position plays a critical role in maintaining and enhancing community living spaces through various maintenance and repair tasks. The Maintenance Technician will complete work orders using advanced technology, ensuring prompt and accurate repair and service to maintain the high standards of Wallick Communities properties. They will manage unit turns effectively, preparing apartments for new residents in alignment with community leader directions. The role requires handling emergency maintenance calls efficiently, including participating in on-call shifts when necessary, to quickly resolve urgent issues and ensure resident satisfaction. Moreover, maintaining high standards of upkeep and thorough documentation of work performed is essential to uphold the safety and appeal of the communities. Employees are also expected to stay current with any required certifications pertinent to their maintenance activities. Job Requirements
