Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Minimum of 1 year experience in maintenance work
- Knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to communicate clearly
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- At least 1 year of maintenance work experience
- Experience with plumbing and/or electrical systems
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to solve problems and manage multiple tasks
- Commitment to excellent customer service and resident satisfaction
Job Duties
- Complete work orders using technology
- Manage unit turns preparing units for new residents
- Handle emergency maintenance calls including on-call shifts
- Maintain high standards of community upkeep
- Document maintenance work accurately
- Stay certified by maintaining required certifications
