Job Requirements

HVAC certification required
three plus years of maintenance experience in a large property or multi-site apartment community
reliable transportation
valid driver’s license with a clear motor vehicle record
ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
must pass a criminal background check and drug screening
flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and emergency after-hours calls
