Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience
- experience with machinery, metalworking, landscaping, and locksmith duties
- general knowledge of simple building trades equipment
- valid driver's license
- pass motor vehicle record check
- pass drug test
- ability to operate a motor vehicle when necessary
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory position

- general knowledge of the use of simple equipment used in building trades
- hold and maintain a valid driver's license, pass a motor vehicle record check, and drug test
- no college degree required
Job Duties
- Oversee the operation of all electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, services, and equipment
- perform carpentry, painting, and track operations
- ensure tools and equipment are in working order and maintain a neat maintenance room
- conduct inventories and complete paperwork, work orders, and logs
- participate in fire prevention and other life safety programs and report accidents, injuries, and property damage to the supervisor
- operate motor vehicle when necessary
