Job Requirements
- knowledge or experience in general maintenance or custodial tasks
- ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- excellent customer service skills
- must be able to work weekends
- physical ability to work inside and outside in various weather conditions
- ability to perform medium to heavy work requiring standing, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and lifting up to 100 lbs
Job Qualifications
- knowledge or experience in general maintenance or custodial tasks
- experience using power washer and sweeper scrubber preferred
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to perform medium to heavy work including lifting up to 100 lbs
- good communication skills
Job Duties
- Monitor maintenance of facility and associated premises to ensure parking garages/lots are clean and maintained to standards
- identify and repair improperly functioning equipment on property
- daily cleaning and maintenance of grounds, equipment, and surrounding areas
- perform safety checks, painting, wash-downs, sealants, lubrication, trash and debris removal
- adhere to and proceed with preventative maintenance schedule drafted by Location Manager
- operate machinery/equipment including blowers, sweepers, power washers
- accurately and timely report to maintenance logs
- notify Location Manager of required materials, supplies, and tools
- uphold Legacy Parking's customer service standards consistently
- maintain a professional attitude when dealing with customers, co-workers, management, and public
- perform other duties as assigned by Management or Property Management
