The role available at SP+ includes maintaining a clean and orderly appearance at the facility as well as supporting DOT-regulated shuttle operations. This position involves performing maintenance and cleaning duties necessary to keep the parking facility and shuttle buses in excellent condition. Responsibilities typically include moving shuttle buses for fueling, cleaning, and maintenance purposes; removing snow using shovels, plows, or snow blowers; repainting facility surfaces such as signs, doors, walls, curbs, and islands to maintain a neat appearance; and performing general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and removing litter. Employees are expected to monitor and report any violations of company policy or safety hazards promptly. Customer service is also a key component of this role, with duties involving assisting customers and resolving complaints independently or with managerial support. Additional responsibilities may include covering other operational duties like cashier work as needed. Employees must maintain a professional appearance and uniform during shifts and perform any other tasks assigned by supervisors. The position requires availability for various shift schedules, including potential second or third shifts and weekends depending on the location's needs. Job Requirements

  • Valid CDL Class A, B or C driver’s license with passenger endorsement if operating shuttle buses with 15 or more passengers
  • DOT Medical Card
  • Physical ability to lift and move 50 pounds regularly
  • Availability to work varied shifts including nights and weekends if required
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • Ability to follow safety and operational procedures
  • Must maintain uniform and professional appearance
  • Ability to perform maintenance and cleaning tasks
  • Must pass background checks as required

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Maintain a clean appearance at the facility and shuttle operation
  • Move shuttle buses for fueling, cleaning, and maintenance
  • Shovel, plow, or blow snow from facility areas
  • Paint facilities as directed to maintain neatness
  • Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and debris removal
  • Report violations, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences promptly
  • Assist customers and resolve complaints independently or with supervisor support
