Job Requirements
- Knowledge or experience in general maintenance or custodial tasks
- experience using power washer and sweeper scrubber is preferred
- ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
- excellent customer service skills
- able to work inside and outside in various weather conditions
- physical capability to stand, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift up to 100 lbs

Job Duties
- Identify and repair improperly functioning equipment on property
- safety checks, wash-downs, sealants, and lubrication
- operate or coordinate the operation of automatic sweepers, scrubbers, blowers and power washers
- push and remove debris from entrances, exits, ramps, lobbies, stairwells, cashier booths and pedestrian walkways using company provided equipment
- inspect the facility daily for broken light bulbs, damaged signs, etc., and replace as necessary
- conduct first level of service for equipment malfunctions as directed by the facility supervisor
- report all safety and maintenance issues beyond custodial responsibilities to direct supervisor
