Job Requirements
- Must be available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- must be able to successfully pass applicable auditions or skill testing, background check, physical examination and drug screening test
- ability to speak and understand the English language
- must be able to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
- must also be able to sit, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl
- must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- clear vision required for navigating office and resort buildings
Job Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver’s license

- experience in the hospitality industry, timeshare preferred

Job Duties
- Prioritize and organize work assignments
- work with the maintenance staff to keep the area around the maintenance shop clean and organized
- inspect, clean and repair area heaters
- inspect, clean, repair and ensure all BBQs are in good working order
- inspect, clean, repair all gas and propane fire pits
- inspect, clean, repair and replace furnishings in pool areas
- power wash walkways and pool decks as needed
- work with other departments to keep the resort clean and free of trash
- work with maintenance technicians on tickets and special projects
- ensure all equipment is safe for guests and associates
- increase guest satisfaction scores
- assist with additional tasks or special projects as assigned by maintenance manager
- maintain professional and ethical conduct
- maintain consistent attendance record
- adhere to performance standards and company policies
