This role involves performing a variety of facility upkeep tasks to maintain clean, safe, and operational parking environments. The position is perfect for individuals who take pride in ensuring facilities are well-maintained and customer-friendly. While prior experience in facility maintenance is preferred, the company welcomes motivated individuals who can operate independently with minimal supervision. Daily inspections and troubleshooting of equipment like ticket dispensers, gates, lights, and safety devices form a key part of the role. Reporting maintenance issues and submitting repair requests ensure continued smooth operation of parking facilities.
Customer service skills are vital, as the associate will assist patrons, resolve complaints, and exemplify the company’s commitment to excellent service and professionalism. This position requires strong adaptability to variable work shifts including potential night or weekend hours. The role also demands multiple physical activities such as standing, walking, climbing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and exposure to various weather conditions which requires a high level of fitness and stamina.
