Crunch Fitness is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join their team in a vital support role reporting directly to the Manager. This position plays a crucial part in maintaining a safe, clean, and operational club environment that enhances the overall member experience. The role requires an active commitment to keeping both the interior and immediate exterior of the club spotless and organized. Additionally, the individual will be responsible for ensuring that all club equipment, spaces, structural components, and infrastructure remain in proper working condition through routine maintenance and timely repairs. This may include performing minor equipment fixes or collaborating with subject matter experts for more complex repairs. A key element of this job is maintaining a friendly and helpful attitude toward all club staff, members, and guests to uphold Crunch Fitness's welcoming and supportive culture.

Beyond these primary responsibilities, the role also requires participation in regular department meetings and employee training sessions to stay updated on policies, maintenance techniques, and member service standards.
