Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous painting or maintenance experience preferred
- must be able to work non-production hours
- ability to follow safety procedures
- ability to lift and carry equipment as needed
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- must be willing to go the extra mile to complete tasks
Job Qualifications
- Must be team oriented and able to function individually or with team
- must be self-motivated, independent, and prompt
- solid communication skills
- ability to operate tools and equipment safely
- understanding of safety procedures including lockout/tag out, confined space entry, and working on hot equipment
- ability to maintain clean and safe work area
- must be able to use aerial and scissor lift equipment to paint facility and equipment
Job Duties
- Paints facility and equipment as assigned
- ensures timely and quality completion of all assigned painting tasks
- assists maintenance technicians as needed
- maintains the maintenance log by making entries of incomplete tasks and new problems
- performs other duties as assigned
