Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent GED required or relevant experience
  • Minimum of three years maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing setting
  • Ability to work 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm shift with overtime and weekend availability
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S. permanently without sponsorship
  • Must be a U.S. person under ITAR definitions
  • Ability to operate lathes, mills, and welding equipment
  • Strong understanding of safety procedures and tool use

Job Qualifications

  • Three years of previous experience in a technical maintenance role in an industrial manufacturing environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent GED preferred but candidates with relevant experience will be considered
  • Previous experience working with PLCs and VFDs strongly preferred
  • MIG and Stick welding experience
  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of electrical testing equipment
  • Skilled in use of standard mechanical hand tools
  • Strong communication skills

Job Duties

  • Troubleshoot and repair various pieces of electrical, hydraulic, mechanical and pneumatic equipment
  • Ensure that safety-related work orders are given top priority to ensure the safety of all CPP team members
  • Perform scheduled preventative, predictive maintenance and emergency repairs
  • Work on fabrication projects for all areas of the plant using a lathe, mill and various pieces of welding equipment
  • Must be able to work overtime and weekends
