The role of Maintenance Technician at Primo Brands is integral to the efficient operation and longevity of the company's manufacturing and production facilities. This position entails maintaining mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and fluid handling systems to ensure consistent and reliable equipment performance. The technician will conduct preventative maintenance inspections and repairs, respond promptly to emergencies with effective troubleshooting, and implement smooth changeovers to maintain continuous production flow. Additional responsibilities include fabricating or modifying equipment to improve operational lines, maintaining facility conditions, recording project activities, and collaborating with equipment vendors and suppliers.

The role demands proficiency in handling chemical-laden machines and commitment to maintaining a safe and clean working environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude and the capability to perform multi-task operations, while also being adaptable to changing priorities. They will benefit from experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, the ability to read blueprints and ladder logic programs, and familiarity with software interfaces related to Allen Bradley or GE PLCs. Physical demands include lifting up to 60 pounds and abilities such as bending, stooping, climbing ladders, walking, and standing for extended periods. This position may also require working overtime based on business needs.
