The role of Maintenance Custodian is essential to maintaining the safety, cleanliness, and overall condition of the residential communities managed by Associa. This position focuses on the upkeep and maintenance of community facilities, ensuring that residents enjoy a well-maintained and visually appealing living environment. The Maintenance Custodian will be based in one of Associa's beautiful communities in Doral, FL, and will work primarily Monday through Friday, with weekend duties as needed. As a Maintenance Custodian, you will perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks such as cleaning windows, doors, walls, floors, gutters, and drains, as well as performing general upkeep to preserve the integrity and appearance of community buildings.

In addition to routine maintenance tasks, you will operate cleaning equipment such as power washers and adhere to safety regulations and standards, including OSHA safety requirements and local governmental safety protocols.
