This job opportunity is with a restaurant that operates under a McDonald’s franchise independently owned and managed by a franchisee, which is a separate entity from McDonald’s USA. The franchisee holds the license to use McDonald’s logos and food products, running the business autonomously in terms of operations and employment. Therefore, the franchisee is the actual employer responsible for all employment-related matters, including hiring, firing, scheduling, staffing, and disciplinary actions. Job Requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours

Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in maintenance or cleaning roles preferred

Job Duties
- Filtering oil fryers daily
- maintaining outside grounds
- clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
- unload delivery truck two times a week
- take out and empty trash compactor
- change light bulbs
- clean HVAC/exhaust units and roof of debris
