Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and climbing
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends
- reliable transportation
- basic understanding of safety protocols
- good attendance record
- willingness to comply with franchisee policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in maintenance or facility management preferred
- basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
- strong problem-solving skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- good communication skills
- willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures
Job Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on restaurant equipment and facilities
- troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues
- ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the restaurant premises
- collaborate with management to schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks
- assist in inventory management of maintenance supplies
- report and document completed maintenance activities
