This job opportunity is offered by an independently owned McDonald's restaurant franchise, distinct from McDonald's USA. The franchisee operates the restaurant under a licensing agreement that allows the use of McDonald's logos and food products, but maintains full responsibility for all employment matters independently of McDonald's USA. This means all hiring, firing, staffing, scheduling, and supervision decisions rest with the franchisee alone. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing for long periods
- availability to work flexible hours
- valid work authorization if applicable
- basic knowledge of cleaning and maintenance procedures
- attention to detail
- ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous maintenance or janitorial experience is beneficial
- ability to follow safety protocols
- reliable and punctual
- good communication skills
- ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- basic mechanical aptitude
Job Duties
- Filter oil fryers daily
- maintain outside grounds
- clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
- unload delivery truck twice a week
- take out and empty trash compactor
- change light bulbs
- clean HVAC, exhaust units and roof of debris
