Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years building plant experience including HVAC maintenance, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, minor construction, and associated repairs
- ability to read, write, and speak English in an understandable manner
- physical ability to frequently climb, stoop, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs

Job Duties
- oversee maintenance of all common areas, resident rooms/apartments, grounds, equipment, and mechanical systems
- ensure delivery of quality building services
- perform HVAC maintenance, plumbing, electrical, and minor construction repairs
- conduct preventive maintenance for building and grounds
- maintain safety and comfort standards for residents
- manage timely repairs and address maintenance issues
- lead maintenance team and coordinate tasks
