The Building Services Coordinator plays a crucial role at Arden Courts by overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of the entire community. This includes all common areas, resident rooms and apartments, grounds, equipment, and mechanical systems. - 1-2 years building plant experience including HVAC maintenance, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, minor construction, and associated repairs
- ability to read, write, and speak English in an understandable manner
- physical ability to frequently climb, stoop, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
