The Maintenance Director plays a critical role in preserving the property's functionality and aesthetic appeal, contributing to the overall wellness and satisfaction of the community. Employees in this role can expect to handle maintenance and repairs of machinery, equipment, and buildings and to demonstrate strong knowledge of fire and safety regulations. The position requires an individual who is able to maintain focus and ownership despite the interruptions common in a dynamic setting like Parkland Village.
The Maintenance Director is responsible for preventive maintenance of both interior and exterior facilities, performing repairs within occupied apartments, and renovating units for new residents. The role includes on-call availability for emergencies, underscoring the responsibility for the community's safety and operational continuity.
Cascade Living offers this full-time position with a salary range of $28.50 to $30.50 per hour, depending on experience.
