Job Duties

  • Maintain safety of facility by following all safety standards and procedures including safety sweeps and proper handling of hazardous materials
  • Clean all areas of the facility including floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles using approved chemicals and equipment
  • Ensure a safe and clean environment for members and associates by responding to spills and operating floor scrubbers
  • Dispose of cardboard, plastic, and trash in accordance with the Company Environmental Sustainability Program
  • Maintain appropriate levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies, including rotating and storing chemicals properly
  • Report unsafe situations to management and follow company steel standard guidelines
  • Place orders to replenish supplies when levels are low
