Job Duties

  • Maintain safety of facility by following all safety standards, procedures and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps and reporting unsafe situations
  • Clean all areas of the facility including floors, windows, restrooms and trash receptacles using approved chemicals, supplies and equipment
  • Ensure a safe and clean environment for members and associates by performing maintenance as necessary and responding to spills
  • Operate floor scrubbers and dispose of cardboard, plastic and trash in accordance with company environmental sustainability program
  • Maintain appropriate levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies, including rotation and storage
  • Place orders to replenish supplies when low
  • Sustain a positive attitude and prioritise member satisfaction throughout the shift
