Job Requirements
- Experience in aviation document control or relevant aviation maintenance field
- Familiarity with FAA Part 135 and 145 regulations
- Experience working with CAMP system
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management platforms
- Experience supporting FAA audits and compliance checks
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to commute to Fort Worth, TX 76106
- Willingness to work full-time in person
Job Qualifications
- Experience in aviation document control, flight operations, or regulatory compliance in a Part 135, 145, or 121 environment
- Proficiency with CAMP software
- Strong understanding of FAA Part 135 and 145 operational requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workplace, and document management systems such as SharePoint
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with auditing standards or FAA records programs
- Familiarity with Safety Management System (SMS) documentation practices
Job Duties
- Review and audit flight, maintenance, and training documents for accuracy and completeness
- Ensure all documents are stored, updated, and retrieved according to company and FAA regulations
- Conduct maintenance records research and prepare log book entries
- Collaborate with flight operations, maintenance, and safety departments to manage compliance records
- Assist with the development and continuous improvement of document control procedures
- Support internal and external audits, including FAA inspections and conformity checks
- Prepare due lists and create maintenance MTRs
- Maintain secure and organized digital and physical filing systems
- Perform maintenance office administrative tasks
