The Maintenance Analyst in Fort Worth is responsible for auditing and reviewing flight, maintenance, and training documents for accuracy and completeness. This requires a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of FAA Part 135 and 145 operational requirements. The analyst ensures that all documents are stored, updated, and retrieved according to company and FAA standards, maintaining secure and organized digital and physical filing systems. The position involves researching maintenance records, preparing log book entries, and supporting internal and external audits, including FAA inspections and conformity checks.
Working closely with departments such as flight operations, maintenance, and safety, the Maintenance Analyst collaborates to manage compliance records and assist with the development and continuous improvement of document control procedures. The role also includes preparing due lists and creating maintenance Maintenance Task Records (MTRs), contributing to the smooth operation of the maintenance office and administrative tasks.

Job Requirements
- Experience in aviation document control or relevant aviation maintenance field
- Familiarity with FAA Part 135 and 145 regulations
- Experience working with CAMP system
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management platforms
- Experience supporting FAA audits and compliance checks
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to commute to Fort Worth, TX 76106
- Willingness to work full-time in person
Job Qualifications
- Experience in aviation document control, flight operations, or regulatory compliance in a Part 135, 145, or 121 environment
