Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of relevant event marketing experience
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Flexible availability including evenings weekends and holidays
- Willingness to travel extensively during peak seasons
- Proficiency with office software and administrative tasks
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in event marketing and management
- Minimum 3 years of experience in event marketing sponsorship activation or related field
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams
- Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
- Excellent attention to detail organizational skills and time management abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- Willingness to travel extensively 25 percent or more higher during peak season
- Proficient in traditional office software and administrative processes
- Sales experience or the ability to engage and influence audiences is strongly preferred
- Coaching background is a plus
- Law enforcement background is a plus
- Educator experience is a plus
Job Duties
- Oversee regional sponsorship activations ensuring client contracts and deliverables are met
- Manage train and support a team of event coordinators and event staff
- Coordinate with venue managers school leadership and sponsor partners to ensure seamless event execution
- Assist with day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and event venues
- Recruit and onboard new event staff and interns
- Prepare professional post-event recaps highlighting impact and key outcomes
- Serve as an on-site resource for staff during events
- Collaborate with leadership to identify new partnership opportunities and expand regional reach
- Provide regular progress updates and reports to upper management
