This job opportunity is for a full-time, non-management Food and Beverage & Culinary position within this esteemed property. The role centers on preparing ingredients, cooking food, and maintaining an efficient kitchen environment while adhering to the high-quality standards of The Ritz-Carlton brand. As a culinary team member, you will be responsible for various food preparation tasks such as chopping, portioning, weighing, mixing ingredients, as well as cooking cold and hot dishes per established recipes and presentation guidelines. Operating kitchen equipment like ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers is integral to the role, ensuring food safety and quality through regular testing and monitoring.

Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen is a core aspect of this position. You will be expected to wash and disinfect food preparation tools and kitchen areas, set up and break down workstations, and ensure the proper storage of ingredients. Safety and security policies govern all activities, requiring strict adherence to protocols, timely reporting of maintenance or hazardous conditions, and committing to continuous safety training.
