Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to complete one-on-one training from certified technicians
Reliable transportation or ability to commute to Chicago locations
Availability during standard business hours (8 AM to 5 PM)
Commitment to maintaining health and safety standards
COVID-19 vaccination preferred but not mandatory

Job Qualifications

No prior cleaning experience required
Ability to learn cleaning techniques through training
Strong attention to detail and quality

Job Duties

Perform chemical-free cleaning of clients' homes and offices
Adhere to all health and safety precautions and guidelines
Use company-provided cleaning supplies, uniforms, and PPE
Manage schedule in coordination with office team
Provide excellent customer service and address client needs empathetically
Participate in training sessions to improve cleaning skills
Maintain consistent work hours between 8 AM and 5 PM without weekend or holiday shifts
