The Busser/Runner position at Magnolia Table carries the significant responsibility of ensuring the restaurant's dining area remains clean, organized, and ready to serve guests efficiently. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
  • 0-1 years of related work experience preferred
  • Food Handler's license and TABC certification required upon hire
  • Must be available to work weekends, nights, special events, and holidays as business needs require

Job Duties

  • Ensure the highest level of guest care in line with Magnolia's brand
  • Clean and reset tables in line with Magnolia Table process and procedure
  • Assist servers by pre-bussing tables and taking dishes to the kitchen
  • Run food and drinks to designated tables with a sense of urgency
  • Maintain dish area by cleaning and organizing dishes and containers and help with trash runs
  • Ensure the outside of the restaurant is clean and free of trash or debris
  • Respond to guest needs when possible and communicate to a manager if necessary
  • Ensure that paper towel dispensers, hand sanitizer and hand soap are fully stocked
  • Ensure a safe and clean working environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned
