Magnolia values inclusivity and diversity, offering equal employment opportunities without discrimination based on race, gender, age, or disability. The Baker role is suited for individuals who are passionate about baking, committed to quality, and eager to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative team at a beloved restaurant destination.
