Job Requirements
- Able to walk and stand during the entire shift
- Capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, holidays, and split days off
- Must adhere to TEAM training guidelines
- Must be of legal drinking age to serve alcohol
Job Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience
- Bartending license is a plus
- Knowledge of Food and Beverage products
- Experience using POS systems
- Ability to work in a high-volume environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Positive attitude and teamwork ethic
Job Duties
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests during events
- Create a friendly and welcoming environment for guests
- Assist in day-to-day Food and Beverage operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar area
- Check identification for legal drinking age compliance
- Mix, garnish, and serve drinks accurately
- Handle cash and credit transactions responsibly
