Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- previous experience as a line cook for at least one year
- strong communication and customer service skills
- knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling
- ability to perform physical demands of food preparation
- ability to read, write, and verbally communicate effectively
- ability to use a keyboard as required
Job Qualifications

- ability to prepare multiple food items in a limited time frame according to Courtside Grill standards
- demonstrated knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling
- reading, verbal, and writing skills
- demonstrated ability to handle the physical demands of food preparation and production
- ability to use a keyboard as may be required to perform essential duties of the job
- serve safe food certification preferred
Job Duties
- prepare foods according to the recipes and procedures of the Courtside Grill
- provide safe handling and storage of food and chemicals as per Health Department standards
- assist in food prep, dish washing and sanitation as needed
- work as a team player to insure efficient and excellent production
- provide a clean and sanitary environment for the safe handling of food
- assist in solving work area problems by communicating ideas and solutions to supervisor and fellow care givers
- assist in all other aspects of food service production as needed
