Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED or equivalent experience
- 18 years of age or older
- one year related experience preferred
- aptitude for automated mechanical processes with good troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- excellent interpersonal communication skills
- ability to work multiple shifts and/or schedules

Job Duties
- ensure machines are clean but not damaged by excess water
- operate to standard operating procedures
- understand bakery processes and the reasons behind them
- use limited water during cleaning following the clean as you go principle
- correctly use, store, and set up all equipment
- ensure effective handover with maintenance and next shift, reporting all faults and issues
- drive production process to meet product specifications, quality, and food safety standards
- communicate effectively with the entire team
- maintain health and safety requirements and promote a positive safety culture
- coordinate local work team's day-to-day efforts including controlling breaks, lunches, and rotations
- perform other duties as assigned
