We are actively seeking a Host to join the MacAlester's team as the essential first point of contact for guests. This role is pivotal in shaping the overall dining experience by warmly welcoming members and their guests, managing reservations, and coordinating the flow of the dining room. The Host will be responsible for greeting and seating guests with a positive and professional demeanor, recognizing returning members, and ensuring that special accommodations and requests are attentively handled. As a Host at Union League Golf Club, you will manage key front-of-house operations including monitoring wait lists, communicating wait times accurately, and overseeing the reservation system through the Union League website. You will maintain member profiles to enhance personalized service, answer incoming phone inquiries, and maintain the cleanliness and readiness of the reception area. Collaborating closely with management, you will support an effective seating plan that balances guest comfort and service efficiency.
