Job Requirements

the employee is occasionally required to stand climb or balance and stoop or kneel
the employee must occasionally lift and or move objects up to 50 pounds
specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision color vision peripheral vision depth perception and ability to adjust focus
proper lifting pushing and pulling techniques are required

Strong customer service operations skills preferred
superior skills in interaction with guests preferred
prior bussing or restaurant experience preferred

Job Duties

Cleans and sanitizes tables and chairs
maintains a clean work environment in FOH
restock all supplies including grill plates utensils plate ware
clean hoods and set up grill foundation before opening hours as well as scrape and clean the inside of grills
send all dirty grease and charcoal holders to the dishwasher
maintains a positive atmosphere and is polite to customers
pushcart for dishes
clean windows and sweep floors inside the restaurant
change both bussing towels every hour
empty bus tubs at delivery station
refill water and iced tea containers
run dirty water containers through dishwasher
check restrooms wipe down stalls restock toilet paper and paper towels
take dirty grill holders to the back and replace with new ones
take out trash and wash trash can on cart to leave for drying overnight
break down bus cart and wipe down everything with sanitizer
separate charcoal holders and rocks into separate bins soak rocks in bus tub with salt water send inserts through dishwasher for cleaning
take stools inside and neatly stack them on the side
take apart hoods and send to dishwasher
prep a bin to place hood pieces after washing
sweep and mop floors with cleaning solution
